The Veltrup Rotofan System was developed in Germany 40 years ago. It has been continuously improved upon over the years in order to remain as the most effective pipe cleaning system worldwide.
HIGH PRESSURE WATER CLEANING
- The rotating nozzle squirts the HP water into the pipe wall, stripping layers of encrustations to remove partial or total blockage
- Uses high-pressure water to clean the tube’s internal surface.
- Fixed with self-rotating nozzle and flexible lance (hose).
- Up to three(3) tubes can be cleaned at the same time.
- Cleans tubes with internal diameter of 10mm up to 125mm.
HIGH PRESSURE JETTING SYSTEM (HPJ)

High-pressure water jetting is the use of high-speed streams of high-pressure water to cut through almost all solid materials and to clean various surfaces. In high-pressure water jetting, high-pressure water is forced to pass through the small hole or orifice of the jet nozzle, where the restriction of the small orifice results in a high-pressure water stream.
- Uses high-pressure water to create a suction effect in the venturi pipe inlet, collecting ash, waste sediments and other debris in the process, with a maximum operating pressure of 1000 bars
- Uses high-pressure water to remove rust, scale, cement, paint, oil, grease and other deposits on various surfaces with ease.
CCTV PIPE INSPECTION
- Offers high definition pipe camera inspection system for process lines, sewer & drainage lines, water supply lines, etc.
- For pipe size 50mm up to 250 diameter.
- 45m length can be inspected.
- Realtime distance counter for inspection.
- High definition video recording
TUBE INSPECTION & ASSESMENT
- Non-invasive solution for today’s hard-to-inspect tubes from 8mm up to 150mm inner diameter enables ultra-fast, accurate inspection for boilers, Fin Fans, etc., regardless of tube shape or material.
ADVANCE TUBE INSPECTION TECHNOLOGY
- Easy to use tool that overcomes the limitations of conventional inspection techniques.
- U-bends, twisted tubes, spiral wound tubes can be inspected.
